Inter Partner Assistance(AXA Assistance) is an Assistance Services Specialist worldwide.

With the progress towards the end of 2003 and at the beginning of 2004, IPA managed to become a leading company in the assistance market with 55% market share.

Inter Partner Assistance (IPA) was estabilished in İzmir in 1989 as a turkish company with the name of Alarm Asssistance Ltd. Şti. In 1995, %76 shares of the company were bought by the french GESA / IPA. In 1998 the french UAP Insurance, which is named IPA, was bought by the AXA Group, so IPA İstanbul has included in the AXA Group.

The main services provided to the native & foreign tourists are : medical service, technical service, legal assistance and funeral service.  The AXA-IPA offices and their related companies in the foreign countries are used by IPA İstanbul to assist our native tourists who has a travel insurance and goes abroad from Turkey.

Today various emergency services have been serving by IPA about 20 foreign assistance companies, 8 native insurance companies and 5 banks (for credit cards) in the world, mostly in Europe.
