Quality standards will be secured by "SHSTURKEY Service Agreement" which will include :

• JCI certified health institutions name

• ISO 9001 Quality Standards

• Follow-up procedure of the patients during and after the treatment

• all service package during individual travel for health service; flight-transport-hotel-hosting etc

• Language to be used in communication in each phase of the service will be English
